MS Surface go 2 wont boot into recovery mode

Hello, I'm trying to get into recovery mode. But, instead of booting into recovery mode it reboots.

Here are my specs if that's important.

  • Microsoft Surface Go 2
  • 4GB Memory
  • Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 4425Y @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz
  • Windows 11 (64-bit) (21H2)

    To fully understand and address the concern, we have several questions below:

    May I know the reason why are we trying to access the recovery mode of the device? Are you trying to reinstall Windows on the device using a USB Recovery Image?

    How are you trying to boot to recovery mode? Have you tried through Windows Settings > System > Recovery then select Restart now next to Advanced startup?
