Bitlocker recovery key (stuck)

I am currently stuck on the Bitlocker recovery page. My recovery key shows.. However only my number keys work not my letter keys so I'm stuck. And before anyone asks yes I've tried pressing "Fn" and I've tried pulling up the on screen keyboard which the shortcut will not work since I can't use the "w" key. I am using a surface pro 3 btw. Hopefully someone can help me because I'm about to rage at Microsoft... Mind my computer was fine just a few hours ago...

    Hi Seth,

    Thanks for the heads up. However, have you tried typing Bitlocker PIN using the onscreen keyboard?

    Let us know if we are on the same screen so we can start working from there. If not, can you send us photo of the screen?

    Yes I tried the onscreen keyboard before I even got this reply and letter keys still don't work. Only numbers. And I have the same screen prompt
