    Hello Shantel,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you did not receive your charger back after sending in your laptop for repairs. As much as I'd love to help you with this it's just that we don't have enough tools here in the community to check on the details of your repair request. Guides for troubleshooting can be obtained from the community team.

Please contact our live support team directly to report the missing charger and request a replacement. They will be able to assist you with the process and ensure that you receive a new charger as soon as possible. You can reach them following the instructions below:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    2. Choose how you would like to get support for your Surface device.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.

Any repair/replacement process is beyond our support boundaries here in the community. And it's for this reason that we're directing you to our live support team.

    We appreciate for your understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia
