MS Surface Studio motherboard

Question

The motherboard on my MS Surface Studio is not repairable and not available in the Middle East. Can anyone please guide me from where I can procure a genuine spare per the image? Thanks in advance.

Microsoft does not sell spare parts for Surface devices anywhere in the world. You can use a phone to contact support https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4051701/global-customer-service-phone-numbers (use a number in a supported location - ask for Surface support and ask if you have options. Use the phone numbers listed under *For Business Users* for your location (these also work for consumers/home users).

Thank you very much, Barb. I appreciate your time and the information you provided.

I did contact one of those numbers in the ME, but as the MS Surface Studio is not launched yet in the ME, they cannot do anything and said the only option would be to ship the computer to MS US or Europe. I've found a company that can fix it locally if I can get the part  - and fiscally that makes more sense for me - I'm trying to learn where/whom to approach  to find this part.

I have looked high and low myself looking for spare parts. The only parts I have found are replacement fans and displays from Chinese vendor. You have no chance sourcing a motherboard, and even if you did the ammount of work involved in dis-assembling and re-assembling would be tough even for an experienced technician, and that is even if you are not unlucky and recieve a faulty part (as risk you might find or the cost of the mmotherbpard certain to be over $500). I would post it and take a bath on the cost of a certain repair than all the other risks to only save $200 or so.
