bitlocker key lost

hi

i recently lost my bitlocker key 

and i have no access to windows and keep asking in boot menu for" enter the recovery key to get going  again"

i don't remember that i ever sign in with Microsoft account 

what should i do , any idea ?

i already test all that possible way like

1- using command prompt "manage-bde ... "

2-restore from cloud

3-reset to default factory

 all of them asking for bitlocker key

Go to https://account.microsoft.com and log in there with your Microsoft account and go to devices.

See if your key is in there.

For other places to look see Find my BitLocker recovery key.

If you are still unable to find your key, you will need touse a recovery drive to reimage the system.
