Surface invoice missing

I have purchased a surface go 2 on 8th of May from Microsoft Germany online store. As per email, I should find the pdf version of my invoice, which then I can submit to my university to claim a scholarship. But in my order history, I couldn’t find any pdf to download for the invoice. What I can see only is a print order details which is of no use for me. If I cant get the invoice according to my billing information provided, I have to return the product. My delivery address is different than my billing address. As I dont know German well, I cant communicate with the phone contact. I cant find any relevant email also. What should I do now?

    To get the PDF version of your invoice, it would be best to contact support for further assistance. Please check this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4051701/global-customer-service-phone-numbers and look for the right number to be able to talk to our customer support in Germany. It's going to be our Microsoft Store Online Support who can handle this concern of yours and if in case you'll be routed to our German Tech Support, there's nothing to worry because they can simply connect you over to the right department.

    As I said I can’t communicate with German, I was thinking whether there is a support email or not.
