After update TPM module is gone.

I already try to update TPM https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4100374/surface-pro-3-trusted-platform-module-tpm-update-tool but get an Error:

Sp3TpmUpdate   Version 01.01.2549.00

[2020-06-13 12:04:47]

Error detected:

Final code: 0xE0295529

Final message: The TPM2.0 is in failure mode. TPM firmware update is not possible. Restart the system and try again.

    Module: c:\udk2014\Sp3TpmUpdatePkg\Sp3TpmUpdate\CommandFlow_TpmUpdate.c; Function: CommandFlow_TpmUpdate_IsFirmwareUpdatable; Line: 550

    Code: 0xE0295529

Message: TPM2.0 is in failure mode. (0x0002000A)

In Device manager Security devices are not present. When i run tpm.msc i see "Compatible TPM cannot be found on this computer". My drive Bitlocker protection doesn't work.

I'm running W10 Pro 2004 build 19041.329.

Any suggestions how can i solve this issue?

Regards,

Alex.
