I have a Microsoft Surface tablet model DESKTOP-3C, which has suddenly lost its Wi-Fi Connection. There are no Wi-Fi connections shown in the network dropdown window, however, there are Wi-Fi connections in the house and from external sources as shown by
other computers in the house. I also tried a hotspot from my phone without luck. The Wi-Fi is turned on and this tablet has been used extensively including the Wi-Fi regularly. The Troubleshooter was useless as usual (I don't remember when it ever worked
and I go back to DOS). What could be the problem?
This is the third Surface tablet I am on since I first brought it (fortunately I bought the insurance each time). The Window's 10 operating system is flaky as it the Window's 10 on my regular desktop computer (changing parameters, whiteout screens in Office
365 products, screen flashing like a flash bulb, slow, etc.). I can't say that I am very happy with either product.
