How to get drivers for a Surface Pro 9 working with Windows Deployment Server

I'm trying to get the drivers for a Microsoft Surface 9 Pro on our Windows Deployment Server. We downloaded the .msi file from Microsoft with the updates and drivers but it will not work with our Deployment Server ( will not see the files from the .msi ) I've tried to extract the drivers from the .msi but from what I can tell, it's not giving me the correct files we need to put on our deployment server. I even extracted the cab1 and cab2 files and still nothing I can use ( from the looks of it ).

If anyone has any information on how to get the drivers for the Surface Pro 9 or extract from the .msi correctly, that would be awesome.
