Hi,

We have a few surface hub 2s that we want to update and then move over to MTRoW,

Have factory reset them and let them update to the latest etc but everytime we try to download the migration app or any app for that matter then SH2s refuses and pops up text saying 'the thing your looking for isnt here' has any come across this?

We have used corporate network and a open internet dongle so it appears its not a network block something to do with the store?

I forgot to mention the process works fine for us in the UK, this seems to be a US only problem oddly.

    Hello, Harvy Dhadwar.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I noticed that you are trying to get MTRoW through the Microsoft Store. Typically, the app comes with the Surface Hub 2S. It will be installed in your device by default. However, I noticed that you have previously performed a factory reset on it, which could be the reason why you are losing MTRoW and the associated app components.

Also, this issue doesn't seem to appear in the Microsoft Store in the UK. Perhaps you have tried changing the region of your system to the UK?

Since Microsoft does not provide an address related to a direct download link for MTRoW, if you can find it in the Microsoft Store in the UK region, I think you can get it directly.

Additionally, if you want to know more about how to get MTRoW. I would recommend that you visit the following link to know about Surface Support for Business and Education customers.

I wish you all the best.
