Here we go again!!! Woke up New Years day with the right screen Flashing bright green on my third Surface Duo. All three devices have had the same problem making it unusable. Has there been any update resolution for this problem? Is it a software or hardware issue?
Will continue to exchange it until they fix the problem or offer a refund for a defective product!
Not happy with this situation and will NOT recommend it for anyone or company!

Possible fix for the problem of screen flashing on the Duo. Found this website about Android software causing the same problem on other android phones. https://joyofandroid.com/fix-random-android-screen flashing so I followed the suggested steps on my Duo and so for no problem with the screen. Hopefully this is a solution that Microsoft should look in to.
Did not work for me. How do I get technical support? Received the device in December.
Contact surface support by phone or online. First register your duo in your MS account under devices and then ask for an exchange unit under warranty. I have had 3 units exchanged since day one with out much of a problem but still not much fun. This last time was all online through my account. I'm hoping this 4th Duo survive more than a month!!! Good luck
