Where to find return shipping label in Microsoft Account?

I started a warranty claim that requires me to send my Surface Pro in. I paid the claim amount and received an email with instructions, one being:

Step 5: Print your shipping label
We’ve sent you a separate email with your shipping label and stored a printable copy online in your account.

I did not receive any additional emails from Microsoft or any shipper, I checked all my spam folders and filters. Additionally, I can't find where in My Account I can see the label. To further complicate things, anytime I try to contact support I am looped back to the same generic contact support links.

Can someone please help? Thanks.

    Hi Fernan07,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

The shipping label should be sent to your email as an attachment on one of the system generated email. The shipping label is also available to print online. Here is how to find it: Check the status of a Surface repair order, cancel the order, or print a shipping label - Microsoft Support.

If needed, please contact support for us to check on the order and have the label sent. You may contact them through the number listed on this page: Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com) or through this page: Contact Us - Microsoft Support using the details we provided on this thread: Contact Support.
