Surface Pro 9 Screen Flickers/Scramble

Hello,

could anyone help in this matter please?

so far i've been noticing a flickering pattern while on Youtube using chrome and edge:

the solution i found on the internet is to disable the "hardware acceleration" option within the the browser and it resolves the issue. however, the scrolling on some of websites will not become smooth and not right.

when i use firefox, everything runs smoothly. but after a long period, the scrolling on some of youtube videos gets slower like it's have some sort of a frame drop rate. and when i relaunch firefox it works again.

is this a hardware issue or drivers issue?

    Hi Ahmed,

    That looks most like the "garbled" example at What to try if your Surface screen is flickering, distorted, or has other display issues - Microsoft Support, but will let you decide and perform the suggested steps for the screen the best represents what you are seeing.
