Hello,
my surface pro 6 does not start if it is not plugged into the outlet and when I unplug it during use it turns off, but it does show a 100% charge. I tried everything, total reset, deactivated and reactivated in the device manager but nothing. I wanted to do a battery report but this does not show a battery installed with just a serial number: 0000007000. I imagine the battery must be dead.
