When I PXE Boot on Surface Go 4 Windows 11 there are no drive or partition options to install the image that we have created. I never had this issue on Surface Go 3 that was Windows 10.

I'm running into the same issue. We use Acronis Snap 6 but can't get the Windows PE bootable to actually boot on the Surface Go 4.

OK I got the Windows PE bootable to boot over the network with Acronis. I had to disable the Windows Boot Manager. It was not taking Bios boot order? However when finally booting into Acronis Boot applications and selecting the Master Image Creator. It could not find the hard drive.

Working on a slightly different scenario but with a Surface Go 4, I had to update Windows PE to Windows 11 22H2. Then I was able to see the hard drive.
