I am unable to make WhatsApp video calls, normal audio calls work. Every time I select Video Call I receive a message "WhatsApp could not find a connected camera". I have visited my Settings > Privacy > Camera to give WhatsApp permission but I do not see WhatsApp specifically listed to give Camera permissions BUT I did see an option to give permission to Microsoft Store Apps so I downloaded that version of WhatsApp only to run into the same issue. Help?

Try to uninstall and re-install the app and see if it will work on your end otherwise, we suggest reporting this issue to the Whatsapp support.
