Right Side Of Touch Screen Not Working - Surface Pro 4 i5 125 GB

Hello, can anyone help me solve this issue?

The right side of my touch screen isn't working. Starting at the right side of where the screen ends to about 1 inch toward the left side (so 1/8 of my screen) isn't working. Pen works fine and mouse works fine. Its only when I use my finger its like there is an invisible wall stopping my finger. If I start in the middle of the screen and swipe across the screen until I hit the border, it senses my finger. But if I do the same but closer to the unopperable part it doesn't sense my touch. It also doesn't sense my touch input when I tap the screen. I rotate the screen and it still doesn't work in that area. Things I have done to fix this....

Updated driver

Trouble shoot problems with windows as admin

restart device

force shut down and re boot

keyboard disable and enable

I even contacted Microsoft Answer tech and there is no solution.
