have you tried uninstalling Google Earth, restarting your Surface, and then
reinstalling it?

I am trying to open Google Earth Pro on my Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10. I've never had a problem with it until recently, but whenever I open Google Earth, the startup screen shows and then nothing happens. the program shows in the tray and it seems to be running, but it's not up on my screen. When I toggle between maximizing and minimizing, I see a brief "ghost window" fly down to my lower lefthand corner of the screen, but then nothing. When I close Google Earth from the tray, a window pops up and asks me if I want to save my places before closing the program. Any ideas? Thanks!!
