You may use this to check if the model number matches the charger you have, did you get this from Ebay or a 3rd party used device?

That looks like a pro 3 charger.

It is really impossible to tell from a picture. Where did you purchase/acquire this power supply?

Is this adaptor supposed to new? If it is new I find it odd because the Pro Window sticker appears to have been tampered with, plus a genuine sticker would have a hologram effect to the background which is hard to see in a photo.

I would not trust a power supply from a 3rd party, especially a used one. Here is a link to the official, compatible power supply for the Surface Laptop 3.
