Hi

I have 2 Suuface go (1943) laptops that I have been extremely happy with.
I update the newer of the 2 (still in warranty), updates no problem.
The older of the 2 (recently out of warranty) during or after an update now fails to boot.
Power on - logo on for 1-2 seconds, goes off and that is it.
I have tried numerous combinations as described on several pages - holding down power and vol up/down etc etc

So, I have a device that is unusable and thnking I shouldnt update the other from now on.
What do I need to do to get this working again?
