    Hi PowerBi Admin,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Surface support. Regarding your concern, unfortunately, the RAM on the Microsoft Surface Book 2 i7 8650u is not upgradeable. The RAM is soldered onto the motherboard, which means that it cannot be removed or replaced.

The Microsoft Surface Book 2 i7 8650u comes with 8GB of RAM, which should be sufficient for most users. However, if you require more RAM for your work or personal use, you may want to consider purchasing a different model of the Surface Book 2 that comes with more RAM.

    Hope this answers your query.

    Kind regards,

    Marrion
