Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard not working on HP Elitebook 830 G6

I have a similar issue as:

Unfortunately, neither of these provide a solution:

Here's my problem:

I can pair the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard to my laptop by pressing the pair button, it will ask me to input the pairing code and press enter, which the keyboard will work up to this point. It pairs, then becomes unresponsive.

In the "peripherals and printers" -> "Bluetooth Keyboard" -> "Properties" -> "Services" tab, this tab is blank and there is no checkbox to tick here.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Bluetooth driver and the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard driver.

I've also made sure that in services.msc that the "start up type" is "automatic". Also in the device manager, I've also checked "allow this device to wake this computer".

I have also downloaded the "Mouse and Keyboard Center", and the most interesting thing is the Keyboard will not show up on the main page of the Keyboard Center, but in the "Support" and "devices", it will show up, which I don't understand, since it the software recognizes and does not recognize it at the same time?

I've connected the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard to 3 other laptops and an Android phone seamlessly without any issues, pairs and works great, but cannot seem to get the keyboard working on the HP Elitebook 830 G6. I have paired and connected a Microsoft Arc Mouse and Bluetooth headphones successfully to this laptop, both devices working perfectly.

I've searched several different threads and have not been able to find a solution. This is truly a baffling and frustrating situation where I know the Keyboard works (on other laptops, and during the pairing input), but afterwards becomes unresponsive after pairing is completed.

Any assistance not described above would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mr. YoYoUwU, I'm Rafael a ''volunteer'' intended to help people with problems, finally when reading your problem I can see only 2 possible (at a glance) problems, 1 The device ''HP Elitebook 830 G6'' is not able to install the driver and will have to do this manually if that is to see the keyboard name possibly at the bottom of it, and contact , 2 the Bluetooth of the ''HP Elitebook 830 G6'' is having trouble connecting to the device in question, if you still have the warranty can exchange if you can not solve the problem, I hope I helped in something, thank you and have a good day.

    Hi RafaelF.s,

The actual keyboard is: Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/microsoft-bluetooth-keyboard/919v6qb80zg3?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab

It's the actual Microsoft keyboard on the Microsoft website.

Do you happen to have the link to the Bluetooth Keyboard driver so that I could manually install it?

I was also theorizing this was the issue, since it seems to work on other laptops. So I don't think this is a device defect.

I could not find the file for the driver to manually install.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
