How to install a Windows 11 Hyper-V VM on a Surface Laptop Studio

Hi

I would like to install a second instance of Windows 11 on my Surface Laptop Studio. I have enabled Hyper_V downloaded the ISO and tried to do the install, but I get this message

this is obviously not true since the host is windows 11. I am guessing this probably means that there is a setting that I have wrong. I have checked memory and disk but I feel that I am shooting in the dark and wanted to ask everyone here since I am under a little time crunch...

I created the VM using quick create and I just pointed the quick create process to the windows 11 pro .iso

what am I missing??

thanks

Gary
