Surface Slim pen 2 Shortcut buttons don't work

Hello, i don't why but all of suddenly the shortcut buttons on my slim pen 2 don't work anymore.

The only problem i see in device manager is that Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant is not working

Any idea what to do next?

    What device was your Slim pen 2 pair with?

    What build version of Windows 11 are you on?

    Any changes made before this issue happens?

    Try to uninstall the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator under Bluetooth in Device Manager.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

    I have a Surface Laptop Studio with the latest windows 11 update. I can't recall if I made any changes before this issue.

    I already tried to uninstall that, but I still have the same issue.

    When you uninstall the driver, is the pen paired on the device? And did a pop up message show to permanently delete the driver when you uninstall it?

    Run Bluetooth troubleshooter and see if that helps.

    Settings >> System >> Troubleshoot >> Other troubleshooter >> Bluetooth >> Run.

    I tried to delete the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator with pen paired and not paired. No it didn't ask me to permanently delete the driver.

    When I run the troubleshooter it gives me this, but still doesn't work.

    The last thing I can recommend is to reset your device back to its factory settings. Refer to this link for the options Restore or reset Surface for Windows (microsoft.com). Or contact our live support team so they can further check your device or initiate a remote set up. You may reach them through the numbers listed in Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com) under For Business users. This also works with Home users , just select Surface then Home as a type of user in the IVR prompt. You may also reach them through this page: Contact - Microsoft Support.
