Thank you for posting your concern in Microsoft Community. We understand that you're having issues with your Surface Cover and we're here to help you on that.
If you've already cleaned the connection between your Surface and the Cover, we advise to also make sure that you were able to Install Surface and Windows updates with the Cover attached.
If done and you're still having issues, you can try to Restore or reset Surface. A reset does the following:
- Removes all your personal settings
- Removes all apps that you installed
- Gives you the option of keeping or removing your personal files.
