I've purchased surface pro 7 i5-1035G4

I cant believe that until surface book 7 it still has screen flickering problem.

And I try to claim the warrenty from Microsoft. I've pressed the start order under my surface book 7 laptop ,it just kept loading and wont deliver me to other page.

What am I supposed to do ,Microsoft?

I have video showing when ghosting taking effect.

    yes i did,miss.

Ive just did the request of repair services and it is now on track, still waiting for

Quantium Solutions for contacting me back.

i would like to ask, the screen flickering and lines through screen occur spontaneously, and i do have proof to show that, how can i provide the proof so that i get it replaced instead of return and says that the screen got no problems?

if it is easily reproducible, there should be no problem. you can certainly take
some photos showing the issue, print them out, and include them in the box when
    you send it back.
