Unable to Putty into Microsoft Surface Hub

We have 3 different Surface Hubs, and the problem is consistent on them all, and we tried two different laptops. We are connecting to the serial port on the HUB, and using Putty, with the putty configuration:

Baud rate    115200

Data Bits     8

StopButs 1

Parity none

Flow control    none

We are unable to establish a connection.

Please advise thanks
