Cannot Turn On My Microsoft Surface Laptop 2

Hi, everyone.

I forgot to shut down my Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 last night, and when this morning I wake up, I cannot turn it on any more.

When I long press the power button, the laptop shows the Microsoft icon first, then shows a red rectangle with a white unlock icon on the top, and stop doing any other action. It looks like this:

What should I do to turn it on?

Thanks in advance for any help or reply.

P.S. The computer has power (I charged it almost 3 hours, so this is should not be the problem causes).

    Hi Zijie Wang,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.

Please boot the device to the UEFI screen. You may check this page for the steps on How to get to the UEFI settings. Once you are on the UEFI screen, go to Security then enable the Secure Boot option. Click Change Configurationthen set it to Microsoft only or Microsoft & third party CA. Choose Exit > Restart now. Click Yes if prompted.

    Sorry, it doesn't work.

I can't get to the UEFI settings. I followed the steps in the link:

    1. Shut down your Surface and wait about 10 seconds to make sure it's off.
    2. Press and hold the volume-up button on your Surface, and, at the same time, press and release the power button.
    3. The Microsoft or Surface logo appears on your screen. Continue to hold the volume-up button. Release the button once the UEFI screen appears.

But when I do the step 3, it shows a red rectangle with a white unlock icon on the top.
