Surface duo screen orientation cannot be locked to landscape mode

Some games that involve rotating the device to navigate such as race car games work much better when the screen doesn't keep flipping when you rotate past 45 degrees. They also work best in landscape mode. My Surface Duo won't let me do both of these things together. If I lock the screen rotation, it puts the device in portrait mode, rendering these games unplayable. Anything I can do about it?

    Hello grkey,

Thank you for the feedback and description of your experience and expected outcome. It is currently not possible to lock the screen orientation in an altered mode with any toggles currently present on the device.

There are 3rd party applications that can accomplish this, however none are developed by Microsoft that we can recommend.

    Thanks,
