CorelDRAW on Surface 2

I need to buy my daughter a tablet so that she can draw and do her artwork directly onto the screen. She would use a program like Corel Draw.

Does anyone know if Surface 2 would support this?

I'm on a tight budget and can't really afford  anything newer. Thanks.

no, a Surface 2 will not (as opposed to a Surface PRO 2). the Surface 2 runs RT

and you cannot install programs on it - you can only install Windows Store apps

specifically compiled for the RT version of Windows.
