    Hi alanbloom,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.

If your Surface Book 2 is used under Consumer/Personal, you may refer to this page for the Surface Diagnostic Toolkitand choose the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro under item number 2. The filename should be SurfaceDiagnosticToolkit_SA.exe.

For Surface under Commercial, you may refer to this page for the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Business.

    Marrion Y,

    Home Personal, not Business.

I thought my new Arc mouse is not in working order. It can scroll up/down, but not left to right. I think the problem is nothing wrong with the mouse, because many documents can be only scrolled up and down. I think this problem is minor.

The touch pad works fine with my fingertips. The cursor moves in all directions.

When I am ready, I will do the toolkit.

Also, I got Surface Book 2 two days ago.

    Thank for the reply.

    Alan
