Trying to set up my new surface pro. It is not recognizing my Microsoft email. I just used it and logged into my old surface as well as this iPhone to type the question.

My new surface pro is not allowing me to add my Microsoft account so I am unable to set up the new laptop. I just confirmed and logged into my account on my old surface Pro as well as this iPhone, which is how I’m able to get into this chat, so I know the username and password works. Please advise otherwise I cannot set up my laptop and transfer all of my data.
