How can I unblock my surface go which is stuck on a screen while it was resetting?

I intended to reset my surface through online reset and it initially got stuck on the 33%, then it changed to a blue screen that allowed me to choose which operating system I want for my surface (windows 10 is the only option offered) and whenever I click on this option it takes me back to the same screen again. I already tried doing a forced reboot but it takes me back to the same screen.

Hello Diego Ruiz del Sol Rodriguez

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I have fully read everything you have posted here. I can notice that you are trying to use the cloud reset function of the system to achieve the reset operation, but it seems to be blocked.

Can you share the corresponding blue screen shots here? Maybe there are some BSOD error codes on there to analyze.

But I want to make sure that you can still access the desktop? If you can, then at least you'll be able to back up all your important data. But if that's no longer possible, try holding down the power button for 20 seconds to force off your Surface and restart it. This is a Surface-specific recovery process that may be able to restore your Surface and allow you to re-enter the desktop.

But if you are unable to do this, or are looking for other options to reset your Surface, then please allow me to recommend the full steps for resetting your Surface using a Surface-specific recovery drive here:

Creating and using a USB recovery drive for Surface - Microsoft Support ****

This is the most complete reset procedure.

If this device is not working properly, you will need to find another working Windows device to create a Surface-specific recovery drive.
