I’m heart broken. I have taking good care of my surface pro 7 i5. Which I have owned brand new since 22 April 2022 It’s never been dropped or even bumped. I last played AOE on it then closed it up. I opened it this morning to find the screen cracked in the bottom left. The crack is affecting the colour. Lines of different colours up and across the screen. There are no mark, dents or chips. The crack just appeared as though coming from the inside of the machine.

    Hi

Thanks for the reply. I just tried to wake the pc bug the screen is now completely dead. On further examination the screen is not cracked. But it appears as though the part that created the picture is damaged/ cracked. Some how it sustained internal damage. This is clearly a factory flaw. But the pc is no longer in warranty.

    Please help

The outer screen is not cracked. What appears to be a crack is behind the glass

There is no damage to the outside that could have caused this.
