Hello, Dawar hyder.
Welcome to Microsoft Community!
We would like to start by thanking you very much for choosing to use a Surface device and for providing feedback on these issues here. The Microsoft community has also been collecting a wide variety of issues that users have encountered while using the Surface Pro 11 and providing regular feedback.
At the same time, considering the user experience, if you are dissatisfied with the use of this device in any way, we support you in contacting your sales representative to request a refund and other services.
Next, for the use of apps, allow me to continue to share with you the following:
The Surface Pro 11 is powered by a Snapdragon X processor and the system architecture is Arm64. We need to make sure that the apps we use are applicable to the Arm architecture. There are still some apps that have not been released for Arm and this is where many users get confused.
According to research, Whatsapp has been released for the Arm environment, but it seems to be supported only on Android. The problem you are experiencing with not being able to connect may also be related to compatibility.
Here, perhaps you could also share other app use cases with us so that we can document them and make any possible optimizations in subsequent system updates.
We are committed to listening to you and collecting cases for feedback.
Thank you for your interest and support of the Microsoft community.
Best Regards.
