Hello AitorGarcia,
This definitely is a concern and should not be occurring on a new Surface Laptop, but we would like to ensure that Windows is capable of reading the drive correctly. If there is something in the firmware that is not allocating correctly or is missing, you may receive hardware related error messages.
Please follow the instructions located here to reinstall Windows on your Surface Laptop and repartition the solid state drive. If there is an error or it is unable to complete this process, your device may need to be replaced.
Please let us know the results, or if there are any issues in setting up or using your USB recovery image and we would be more than happy to assist in completing this process.
Sincerely~
Mason L.
