Suraface laptop is no booting correctly, it tries to boot (showing the microdoft logo) but instead loat UEFI settings, the only option you have is actually restart, and UEFI shows up again... like a loop, no error displayed, including is not possible to boot from USB stick (i'd make a fedora one that works in other computer).

However I can run from a USB DVD Drive.

UEFI version:

Fedora says than nvme0 (the hard drive) is broken, could be possible, the laptop is 1 month old!?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello AitorGarcia,

This definitely is a concern and should not be occurring on a new Surface Laptop, but we would like to ensure that Windows is capable of reading the drive correctly. If there is something in the firmware that is not allocating correctly or is missing, you may receive hardware related error messages.

Please follow the instructions located here to reinstall Windows on your Surface Laptop and repartition the solid state drive. If there is an error or it is unable to complete this process, your device may need to be replaced.

Please let us know the results, or if there are any issues in setting up or using your USB recovery image and we would be more than happy to assist in completing this process.

    Sincerely~

    Mason L.

I think you forgot the linkt to the windows 10 S image.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surfacerecoveryimage

Anyway I have upgraded to Windows Professional and make an recovery myself (that only boot if I have another drive into my usb hub, proof of some hdd is missing).

But computer hangs (and restart) on keyboard selection:

Tomorrow will go to the store where I bough it (FNAC Illa Barcelona) in order to apply the garantee

tries to boot (showing the microdoft logo) but instead loat UEFI settings

Since that usually involves peculiar use of the Power button and Volume button have you tried to see if either of those is "sticking"?  Also, you could try doing a "two-button reset" to make a specific other use of both of them.

Also, sounds like you do have a boot menu to see but which kind, modern or classic?

And I just noticed your last image.  Did you try using English (United States)  too?

Don't Understand why but  "English (United States) " option works!!!

I can access to command prompt now.

However is clear than the HDD is missing because c: shows the content of my USB, not my computer, as you an see:
