third party pens for the surface 3?

i need a pen for the surface 3 cuz i am a student, but the surface pen is just too expensive. do you know what pens are currently compatible with the surface 3? thanks

http://www.amazon.com/HTC-Scribe-Digital-Flyer-Tablets/dp/B0052E4FJ6 will work

($24), but you won't have the click/send to OneNote functions, etc.

I have no idea. And I would not recommend something I have not personally

tested. You won't find anything cheaper.

Hi, Barb

Are you sure that the HTC Scribe stylus works with Surface 3 (non-Pro) tablets? I tried one today and it did not work, and every mention I've found on the interwebs refers to the Surface 3 Pro.
