I'm currently encountered a problem when trying to log into my Microsoft account on my Xbox when i input my correct password address into it an error messagepop up saying something went wrong and please try again later and followed by the corresponding error code

There's something off though at the enter password screen there's also an option to send Email code to yw******@mcbotmfa.club and i suspected that might got hack so i changed my passwords and put as much 2FA and extra security as much as i could i doesn't know what to do

    Hi Piyawat,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. It sounds like you're dealing with both an error code while trying to log into your Microsoft account on Xbox and a potential security concern due to an unexpected email address associated with your account. Here's how you can address the situation: Sign In on a Different Device: Try signing in to your Microsoft account on a PC or mobile device. If you know your password, but it's stopped working, use the Sign-in Helper tool.

As for the verification login email that does not belong to you, you can refer to the following to delete the login verification: Removing a sign-in verification method - Microsoft Support

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you can contact Microsoft Support. They may be able to assist with the error code and confirm if there are any account issues.

After ensuring your account is secure, you should be able to log in without issue. Let me know if you need further guidance! For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. If you still need help, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.

Your Sincerely Hahn. W - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
