Hello, Francisco Almanzar.
Welcome to Microsoft Community!
If your device keeps rebooting, is your device up to date?
The first thing I would recommend is that you perform a force shutdown of your device:
- Press and hold down the power button until your Surface shuts down and restarts and you see the Windows logo screen (about 20 seconds), then release the power button.
After booting up again, observe if it still keeps rebooting.
In the meantime, I recommend that you manually update the drivers for your Surface Pro 7 to troubleshoot unknown driver issues and maintain device performance:
Download Surface Pro 7 Drivers and Firmware from Official Microsoft Download Center
The above steps usually work if the problem originates with the driver.
If the problem persists, you need to consider whether the problem stems from the hardware. Power failures or storage failures can cause the system to reboot unexpectedly.
As I am not in a position to directly assist you in debugging your device, I recommend you to contact the Surface Technical Support team for more efficient hardware service.
You can refer to the following steps to create a service order by accessing the browser on another well-running device:
- Use your personal Microsoft account (not your organization account) to access the following links:
- Type Surface keep restarting, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:
- Select Surface Pro in Category:
- You will see contact options for Chat support and Phone support, please contact them during business hours:
These are the suggestions I can share with you at this time.
I hope you stay safe.
Best Regards.
