My Order is showing Pending still! Help!

Hello I'm a new customer for Microsoft and i ordered a tablet and i have not received it yet. It still shows pending and authorization has not happened for hold funds yet i made the order on april 15th at 9pm can i know what's going on!?! Please help.

    I’m having a similar issue, and I’m going crazy trying to find a human to talk to about it. I order a surface, pen, and keyboard 20 days ago, but I never received the pen, which still says pending. The paypal transaction for this pen gets re-authorised every few days. The store help has no way to contact a human in writing who can find out whats going on.
