    Hello Shaun,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Yes, it is possible to zoom in the front-facing camera while in a Zoom call on your Surface Go 2. However, it depends on the device’s camera app and the version of Zoom you are using. It is important to note that the Zoom desktop client provides more options for camera control than the web version.

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Launch the Camera app on your Surface Go 2.
    2. Switch to the front-facing camera.
    3. Zoom in by pinching the screen with two fingers or by using the zoom slider.
    4. Launch Zoom and join a meeting.
    5. Click on the “Settings” icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    6. Select “Video” from the left-hand menu.
    7. Under “My Video,” select “Surface Camera Front.”
    8. You should now see the zoomed-in view of your front-facing camera.
    9. Under the Camera section, click on the Advanced button.
    10. Check the Enable digital zoom option.
    11. Use the slider to adjust the zoom level.

You can also try running the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and checking for Windows updates if you are experiencing issue with the camera.

It would be best to raise this concern as well to Zoom support team, for other suggestions and troubleshooting guide.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia
