Surface Pro 7 died, and won't start even after charging for hours

My Surface Pro 7 has been working fine this morning, it turned off when the battery fully drained. A few minutes later I plugged it in, the charging light stayed solid white. I tried turning it on, the logo would pop up on the screen and a few seconds later it would disappear and the screen goes back to black. After charging for about 3 hours, it is still unable to turn on. I tried troubleshooting by force shutting it down, but it did not resolve the issue. It is still charging and responds with the logo screen when I try to turn it on, but that screen turns off and nothing else happens. Also, the device is completely cold, despite being plugged in for hours now. I have an exam in a few days and need to use my computer, Please Help!

    Hello AlexandraGokee,

    Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community.

In this case, please also follow the methods on Surface won’t turn on or wake from sleep (microsoft.com). But if issue still persist, then it's more likely a hardware problem already. Kindly contact our support via Contact Us Microsoft Support to seek exchange options for your device. You can also contact them via phone, see Global Support Phone Numbers. Kind regards,
