Hi Adriano,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I understand your issue with the Microsoft Surface Bluetooth keyboard. It seems like the keyboard is designed to go into power saving mode after a period of inactivity, which can cause it to miss the first few keystrokes when you start typing again.
Unfortunately, it appears that there isn't a straightforward way to disable this feature. The power saving mode is likely a built-in feature of the keyboard to conserve battery life.
Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.
