hello I have a laptop and I send it to America to a new one and the new one doesn’t have Arabic and English keyboard how to fix them

    Hi Adelalthobity,

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.

    In adding Arabic and English keyboard layout to your Surface, please do these steps:

    1: Open Windows Settings > Time & Language > Language

    2: Under Preferred languages, click Add a preferred languagethen choose your preferred language (Arabic and English)

    3: Click Next > Install

    4: After installing both, you may adjust which language you want to set as first on the list

    5: Click Choose an input method to always use as default

    6: You may choose which language you want to use as input method

    Thank you Mr Marrion i know to do that i men the bc it’s self The hardware is only English liter.

    If I understand correctly you had a Surface with a physical Arabic keyboard and it was replaced with an English machine.

    You will have to contact Microsoft support and have it replaced again.
