Why is my Wireless network speed running very slow?

It was running at 11Mbps to 20Mbps at max.  When I disabled IPV6,  it went up to 58Mbps to 65Mbps Max.

All my other colleagues are getting 115-130Mbps on their wireless speed.

What is cause of this slow speed and when I start downloading,  the speed go down to 20Mbps....

Can someone explain this???
