Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz not working

Hello,

I have a Microsoft Studio where the wifi will not work all of a sudden. The adapter always gives either a error 10 or error 43 and will not start. I tried updating the driver directly with the drivers from the Intel website, I have tried uninstalling rebooting, I have a network reset, I have tried changing the properties on the Wireless Modes and Channel Width. When I uninstall it automatically picks up a driver from 2021 instead of the newest, which as of this writing is 22.190.0.4 when I update it manually to the newest it changes nothing and I can't try and install an older version because every time it says a newer driver is already installed, even when uninstalling he device I tell it to delete the driver software. Does anyone have any idea what is happening?

    Hi Gavin O,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

I would like to confirm first on the exact model of your Surface. Is it a Surface Studio, Surface Studio 2 or a Surface Laptop Studio? See this page for reference: Find out which Surface model you have - Microsoft Support.

May I know what is the Driver version of the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz driver that is currently installed on your Surface?

When did the issue starts to occur and where there any changes made on the device prior?

When you uninstalled the driver from Device Manager, and it automatically reinstalls an older driver, does the error disappear or still not?

I'd love to provide you with the troubleshooting steps right now to fix the problem. I am afraid that we may have to wait for the above answer first so that we can provide the necessary information. Once we collect all the information, we will formulate the feasible resolution to help you with your case or if we need you to refer to the support that suits your problem. We will be sure to let you know in advance so that you save time.

    Kind regards,

    Marrion
