I HAD INSTALLED GAME ( BUY IT ON MS STORE) AND INSTALLED SUCCESSFUL SO I CAN NOT CONTROL  BY KEYBOARD PLEASE HELP ME TO PLAY IT

    Thanks for dropping by here at Surface Community. If you don’t mind me asking, I do have some few questions to have this concern check and isolated:

    • If you’re not playing that game, does your keyboards works?
    • Have you tried to install that game before on your Surface device?
    • Have you tried to check the game options, specially the hotkeys of it?

    Because on the said game, there are settings that you can default or reset the shortcut keys of it.

    Just in case the issue still persisting, you can try uninstall and reinstall the game.
