Thanks for reaching out. To turn off the scrolling sound, you need to open Mouse and Keyboard Center and click on Touch strip then turn off Vibration/Sound, toggle Off.

I just got the arc touch mouse, this one doesn't have Bluetooth connection it connects using wireless usb, and I can't turn off the scrolling sound. Plz help.
