    Hi Antoine Hansen,

We appreciate your post on Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Microsoft devices on Windows 11. Let’s work together in finding the best solution to this issue. I will ask a few questions to further isolate the issue.

    • May I know model of the PC that you are using?
    • Is this working before or first time to connect?
    • Did you try to connect this Keyboard and mouse to another device and still not working?
    • When you try to connect by pressing the sync button on the device and then click on settings>Bluetooth & device and click on add device> then click on Bluetooth> did you see your device?
    • Another Bluetooth device will connect on your PC with no issue only these two devices will not detect?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Make sure that your Surface keyboard and precision mouse are turned on and have fresh batteries.
    2. Go to **settings and click on Bluetooth and devices>**Then see of the device is already listed on the setting. Then uninstall them.
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the Mouse and Keyboard Center software: This may help resolve any compatibility issues between the software and your devices. To do this, follow these steps:
      • Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard.
      • Select Apps and Features.
      • Locate Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center in the list of installed apps and click on it.
      • Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the software.
      • Download and install the latest version of the software from the official Microsoft website.
    4. Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter: This built-in Windows troubleshooter can help identify and fix issues with your devices. To run it, follow these steps:
      • Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
      • Type control.exe /name Microsoft.Troubleshooting and press Enter.
      • Click Hardware and Devices and then click Next.
      • Follow the prompts to complete the troubleshooting process.
    5. Pair your devices again: If your devices are not paired correctly, it can cause issues with the Mouse and Keyboard Center software. To pair your devices again, follow these steps:
      • Press and hold the pairing button on the bottom of your mouse for 5-7 seconds.
      • Release the button when all three pairing lights blink once.
      • Open the Mouse and Keyboard Center on one of the devices that your Surface Precision Mouse is paired with.
      • Select Smart Switch and slide the Enable Smart Switch bar to On.
      • You should now see a list of the devices that are paired with your mouse, in the order they were paired.

Please let me know how it goes and hopefully it helps.

    Kind regards,

    Christopher.
