I am trying to connect my pen to my Surface Pro. I just changed the battery, so that is not the problem. When I go to connect it to bluetooth, the pen does not show up when I try connecting it by pressing the eraser button for 5-7 seconds. I have also checked Device Manager > Human Interface Devices >HID-compliant touch screen, and everything is set and working properly. My computer has been fully updated. Below is a picture of the pen I am using. Any help/ideas what my issue is would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!

The clip does not have an eraser button on top, while most pens I have seen online do. I received this pen with my surface for teaching responsibilities from the university I work at. The first pen I received had a similar issue and IT was not helpful, so I swapped pens, but this pen has the same issue. I believe this is a surface pen, but it is possible I was given a third party pen.
John,
It does not appear to be a Surface Pen and it looks like a third party pen. Are
you able to connect other Bluetooth devices? Based on your comments about
another identical pen, I think that the issue is with these pens. Sorry.
